Ana Virginia Fontes was born in Acarigua, Venezuela. Ana Virginia began working as an immigration paralegal in 2013. Ana Virginia is familiar with many aspects of our immigration law practice, including Labor Certifications, Relative Petitions, Consular Processing,  Adjustment of Status, as well as inadmissibility waivers for family-based petitions and O-1 visas. She is an invaluable support to our attorneys and staff. Being the daughter of Venezuelan immigrants and an immigrant herself, she can relate to our client’s needs and understands the importance of immigration law practice
