Mirtha Fadul

Mirtha is a partner at Canero Fadul Reis Law who started her career as an immigration attorney in 2016. As a native of Santiago, Dominican Republic, she obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in 2012. After finishing her studies in the Dominican Republic, Mirtha continued her studies and gained her Juris Doctor degree from The University of Miami School of Law in May 2015. Mirtha represents and counsels clients on a wide range of immigration matters. She has extensive experience representing individuals, investors, and corporate clients in matters involving immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions, including those based on H-1B, H-1B1, TN, L, E, O, P, EB-1, EB-2, and National Interest Waivers. Mirtha has created mutually beneficial business relationships between the Firm and the Miami business community through involvement within the Spain, Italy, Mexico, and France Chambers of Commerce.
